Dear members and friends of the Commission,

at the beginning of February 2002 we announced the V Meeting of the UBC
Commission on Health and Social Affairs planned to be held in Tallinn 02 -
05 May 2002.

Unfortunately, due to organisational problems, we must postpone the meeting to a later date in Autumn.

We regret that very much because we had in mind to deliver a good
performance and we hope that you are not too disappointed.

You will hear from us very soon informing you about the next activities of
the Commission.
