Dear members of the Union of the Baltic Cities,

It is a great pleasure for me to invite the representatives of the UBC cities to the 9th annual working session of the Commission on Culture.

The session is going to be held in Vaasa 24-26 November and it is open to all member cities.

We hope especially to see cultural officials of the cities and festival producers taking part of the discussions of the theme “Cultural Festivals as Strengtheners of Local Identity”. For more information and programme see attached files or contact tarja.hautamaki@vaasa.fi
