Welcome to join the third UBC Youth Conference "Under the Surface"!
The third UBC youth conference will take place from 26th until 29th of September in Pärnu, Estonia. We are inviting over 100 young people, civil servants and politicians to take part in a youth conference "Under the Surface".
We invite one civil servant/politician and two youth representatives (age 16-25 years old) from each UBC member city. Please study conference invitation in order to get more information about participation. Enclosed you will find the invitation with preliminary programme of the conference and registration form. The invitation and registration form is also available on commission's web page www.ubc-youth.org. The deadline for registration for the conference is 17th of August. See you in Pärnu!
