Dear Sir/Madam,
Below please find an invitation to the meeting of the UBC Commission on
Information Society and eCitizen project meeting to be held in Tartu,
Estonia, on 30 March - 1 April 2006.
The IS Com will financially support the participation of cities from
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia.
One delegate from each member city from above countries may receive a
refund either for travel costs or for the hotel. (in case of flight
economy class only)

As the resources are limited, the applications will be treated on the
