We have the honor to invite You to the UBC Commission on Environment meeting in St Petersburg 17 - 18 March 2009.

In connection to the UBC Commission on Environment meeting, two other events will also take place: The Final Conference for the MATRUSCHKA project 18 - 19 March and the HELCOM X International Environmental Forum "Baltic Sea Day" 18 - 19 March.
