URGENT!!!

A notice to all UBC Commission on Tourism meeting participants:

Rakvere, 22-23 April instant

Please take a note of the fact that under the existing circumstances that is when the ash cloud closed most of European airports, the Commission on Tourism decided that the meeting in Rakvere, Estoania should be postponed. Taking into consideration the fact that travelling by air across Europe is almost impossible now and in the coming days and may be too dangerous for participants of the meeting, we all agree that security argument is vital here.

We apologise for all the inconveniences this may cause to you. The new dates for our meeting are now: 20-23 May 2010. Hoping to see you all at that time in Rakvere, we remain
