Liepaja Society of the Blind (Latvia) are looking for partners from Estonia, Finland and Sweden in a new project "The improvement of civic participation of the groups subjected to social exclusion" (to be submitted to Central Baltic INTERREG IV Programme 2007-2013).

Please see the attcahed files for more information - it includes also the description of the eligible areas in your countries. If your municipality does not fit in any of those areas, feel free to forward this email to the organization or municiaplity who matches the criteria and is interested in the issues how to provide equal opportunities for the people with eyesight impairment.
