Mr Anders Engström has been nominated as the UBC Honorary President at the VI General Conference in Rostock in October 2001.
Mr Engström had served as UBC President for 10 years, since the Union foundation in 1991 till 2001. President Engström substantially contributed to the development of the Union of the Baltic Cities.
