JOB music dramatic performance

JOB is a music dramatic performance based on the Austrian-Hungarian author Joseph Roth's novel of the same name from 1930.
In a mix of storytelling, music and dramatization, Ina-Miriam Rosenbaum plays all roles in the large gallery of people who populate this story. The novel is considered a cornerstone of emigrant literature and tells about the journey from the old world to the new world.
Mendel Singer, the poor Jewish teacher, leaves Russia to settle in Manhattan New York. In the transplant he loses everything - even his faith. As a JOB in the Old Testament, he is raging against God, who does not show mercy. And like JOB, he experiences a miracle.
