Tartu opens the call for proposals for international projects. The call aims to support the implementation of international cultural projects interpreting the concept of the Arts of Survival of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 in the years 2023–2024.
The deadline for submission is on 3 April 2022.

European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 is happy to invite you to propose projects to the Tartu 2024 international open call. Applications can be submitted until 3 April 2022. We expect proposals for projects that focus on event(s) that can be attended by audiences. Event(s) can be supported by creation of new works of art.
Selected projects will be co-financed up to 200 000 euros, Tartu 2024 will co-finance a maximum of 70% of the total project cost. The projects submitted must represent the values of the Tartu 2024 creative concept Arts of Survival.
